This sports magazine mainly about basketball. The cover is colorful and eye catching. The little specks of colors that are splattered around everywhere add a creative touch to it. The photo on the front helps to give the audience an idea of what contentis in this magazine. The articles included in this offer some tips and skills, but it mainly focuses on specific athletes that excel in basketball, and what is currently happening in their sport. The photos within the articles are similar to the one on the cover and are mainly feature well known athletes playing basketball. This magazine if focused on the sport tennis. The cover is simple but also well informing and gets the point across of what the magazine will be about. The photo on the cover takes up the whole page and the background is simple so words are able to be layered on top. The colors also go together nicely together. There is a lot of advertising such as food, accessories, clothing and more. The magazines content is centered around tennis and well known athletes. It is highlighting important event that happened recently in tennis. The photos are also displaying the same thing. The distribution number is 601,090 and the magazine has won two Folio Awards.

The cover of the magazine is an action shot of a football player catching a ball. The background of the photo is blurred so the focus is on him and the photo also overlaps the title giving a creative effect. The title also matches the color schemes of mainly blues and whites. An "exclusive" article is outlined in yellow so the readers know that it is there and makes the audience intrigued to read it. Some of the advertising that was includes was food, clothing, beverages, and many other items. Most of all the other photos included are of athletes or anything football related. The kinds of articles incorporated in this magazine are specifically focused on the Cowboys and they highlight any highlights or news that is going on. Sports Illustrated won the award for National Magazine Award for General Excellence twice. Their distribution number is over 3 million.

This sports magazine is focused on golf. The cover has simple colors but the person wearing the yellow shirt is the main focus and the attention is drawn to him. The yellow dot in the "i" of the title word, "digest" is also a nice pop of color that ties into the man's shirt. The articles in this magazine are specific to golf and includes skills, tips, and stories from well known athletes. There is a large variety of ads, some of them fit into the theme of the magazine and others do not. There is advertising for golfing equipment, credit cards, beverages, cars, and more. The cover only includes one photo, this photo is a preview into what the cover story will be about, and peaks the audience's interest. The other photos within the magazine also pertain to golf. Golf digest won 10 awards for the Golf Writers Association of America's in the 2017 Writing Contest. The distribution number is 1,663,571 as of 2015.

Inside Sport is also a sports magazine. The cover layout is simple yet eye catching and all of the colors compliment each other nicely. There are two pictures on the cover, one small and one big. The bigger picture is meant to grab the reader's attention and it is likely the subject of the most interesting story. The photo is also an action shot. Within the magazine there is a variety of other athletes featured and photos of objects that have to do with the sport.  The title is distinct and simple, and it also fits into the color scheme. The content of the magazine focuses on specific athletes and highlights of what is currently happening in their sports. There ads mainly consist of content like sports equipment, advertising to join sports leagues, and clothing with certain team colors on them.  The distribution number is 140,000.  This magazine has won Magazine of the Year in Australia and also the Walkley Award for sports coverage in 2004.
