My sports magazine will target female athletes. More specifically, it should target younger, high school level students. The sports that are being featured in the magazine are all high school sports. The goal is that the girls should feel empowered by seeing these kind of articles and magazine and aspire to be like some of the girls featured in Sota Sports. The girl should be interested in the sport, for example my magazine is featuring high school cheer leading. They maybe be interested in trying this sport or they may already be in it and they take interest in reading about it.

Based on the feedback I have received from presenting my magazine, I would like to make a few changes and adjustments. On the cover, my group and I decides that the position of the title is unconventional, and we are going to move it to not go down the side of the page. This would make he cover page look much more organized. I can edit this in publisher. Also, I would like to edit the photo on the cover page and adjust the colors. This would enhance the overall look and i can edit it in Photoshop. In the article, I will have to justify the text so that it looks neater and the edges are straight. I was also make one photo bigger so that it is the main focus instead of having all of them be the same size. I will make these corrections in publisher. This will improve my magazine overall and make it more appealing for the audience to read and look at.

My magazine follows the conventions of a sports magazine. It features specific athletes and some of their input on the sports that they play. It also allows the reader to learn more about the sport. The  layout of the magazine proportional. In the table of contents all the article titles and their page numbers are lined up in columns. In the articles, the pictures are spread throughout the text. The text is wrapped around the photos to that there are not any empty spaces. The social group that it mainly represents are female athletes. Each person in my group if doing a different woman sport that is played at the school.
